      <title>Need For Interaction - Academia Vs Corporate</title>
      <description>
Mushroom growth of institutions/colleges in different corners of the country will not be a solution to the emerging problems unless they think in this direction and gear themselves up to the changing requirements with the same pace as the industry has been growing now and will grow in future.

      <description>

This is the high time to draw up plan for action in terms of character building, working on his/her attitude, improving on their limitations, tell them about our national heroes, to draw their attention towards the essence of all religions, to educate them on family culture, and the cultural and social value systems that we had in the past and what are our expectations from them in the future to come.

      <title>Are We Lacking Somewhere ?</title>
      <description>

Majority of us are two plus two families, even if grand parents are with us, our children have little time to interact with them. May be due to the pressures of school homework/tests. It is an established fact that children learn better through their grand parents. We should therefore give enough time to grand parents to interact with growing children, so that they learn family and socio-cultural values by just watching them performing rituals, chanting mantras, reading holy books. Modern day parents may have hardly any time for such activities due to daily pressures of work specially where both of them are working.

      <title>China Vs India : A Perspective</title>
      <description>

Before landing in China, I was under the impression that the streets would be overcrowded with people some of whom will be poverty stricken; cities would be unclean city having problems of congestion, traffic jam [as I knew people prefer to use bicycles], pollution etc similar to what we find in densely populated cities in India.
