Our videos are the best! The interview with Thomas Homer-Dixon called "Inside Upside" that we edited, and the "Archetype"s trilogy that Irene wrote, directed and animated are featured on the Indigo/Chapters web site "Best of Page."

Irene is featured in the TV series Moving Stories. The Oct 26 episode features the 3 shorts "Archetypes" and Irene talks about moviemaking for the mobile phone.

Fun at the One Minute Film Festival, Nov 23, 06, where Irene's short film "The Expecting Mother" is screened. Watch the BookShorts videoblog episode where she comments on writing comedy.

Highlights

Irene's film "This Hour Has Seven Decades", based on Patrick Watson's autobiography of the same name, and starring the broadcasting icon as himself, premiered at the World Wide Short Film Festival and had its Atlantic Premiere at the St. John's International Women's Film Festival.

We were approached by the grassroots arts barbarians, a group of esteemed writers and artists concerned with Harper's budget cuts to the arts. Strange Breakfasts is their campaign to raise money for the Liberal Party of Canada.

We created a small website and mailable PDF for the cause, and with the help of the song "There's Something wrong" by Ottawa band Brad Sucks, edited a funny little soundtrack for the initiative.
