Highlighting items in Windows

To highlight multiple items Hold the "ctrl" key and click the individual files.

If the files are all in a row you can highlight the first file in the list you want then hold the "shift" key and click on the last item of the list then all the files in between will be highlighted along with the ones you clicked on.

Copy, cut and paste

Keyboard short cuts for copy, cut and paste are:
"Ctrl" and the "X" key = cut
"Ctrl" and the "C" key = copy
"Ctrl" and the "V" key = paste
Using this is a lot easier and faster than going to a menu and clicking.

To quickly switch between tabs in Firefox and IE hold the "Ctrl" key and press the "Tab" key.
