speaker: Supervisor Susan B. Anderson will discuss the ethical challenges facing elected officials; County Clerk/Registrar of Voters Victor E. Salazar will discuss ethical issues in voter registration and voting; and Kenneth J. Price, attorney with Baker, Manock & Jensen, will discuss how government agencies and non-profits follow code of ethics as well as the law. PRSA Ethics Officer Judy Ganulin will moderate the panel session and tie all of this in with our own PRSA Code of Ethics.

Jennifer Brusstar is currently President and CEO of Tug McGraw Foundation (TMF), which she co-founded with Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher, Tug McGraw, before his death in 2004. In her role, Jennifer has defined the foundation’s mission of raising funds to enhance the quality of life of children and adults with brain tumors and their families. Under her direction, TMF established and continues to support the Tug McGraw Center Research Center at the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke University. Jennifer understands the importance of public relations to her organization’s success and has agreed to visit Fresno to share how TMF uses award-winning PR to reach their goals.
