Registration, News, and Weather!

Everyone who is attending the Specialty, whether they have registered or not, has an information packet that should be picked up soon after they arrive on site. This packet includes a welcome message from the BCCA Board, a name tag, meal tickets, a map of nearby stores and eating establishment prepared by Alan Hill, the hotel rules, a Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce promotional booklet, and the Bucky Buck stamp book with accrued stamps. The BCCA Specialty registration table is located directly to the right of the front entrance of the hotel. Registration is open from 12-5 on Sunday and from 9-5 on Monday and Tuesday. People arriving on Wednesday may pick up their registration materials in the Hospitality Room located near the elevators. Of course, you may order anything that isn't "pre-order only" after the 15th... but if there's anything on the Logowear page that you've had your eye on, better get it now! Premium Lists and Entry Forms Now Available

They're here! Premium lists and entry forms for the Specialty events are now on the Web site! You can find them on the main Events page, on the Downloads page, and on the pages for each of the individual events. There are three Premium Lists: one for Agility, one for Herding, and one for Conformation/OB/Rally. There are also entry forms for the Herding Instinct test and the Agility Relays. Herding events open for entry on July 22. The other events don't have an opening date. Conformation, OB, Rally, and agility events can be entered online at www.allwaysawinner.com when the site opens to accept entries, or my snail mail. Herding event entries are by snail mail only, so be sure to mail early! All entries close on September 2.

Did you know that we're already accepting Master Registration forms for Specialty attendees? Premium lists will be mailed July 15, and herding events open for entry on July 22. New on the Web site today: Downloadable, printable order forms so you can not only buy raffle tickets, but designate which raffle(s) you'd like to enter. You could win cold hard cash, free nights at the Specialty host hotel, a hand-crafted quilt, or any one of a number of fabulous prizes! The deadline for ticket purchase is September 12 for everything but the quilt. Drawing is September 19, and winners will be notified by phone. For the quilt, tickets will be available until just before the Specialty Awards Banquet on October 10. Winner will be announced at the Banquet, but you don't need to be there to win.
