      <description>
My amazing newcastle united tactics.

Will only work with strong and hardworking central midfielders (im using palacios, defour and fellaini in rotation).

Never before have i scored 6 goals at old trafford.

      <title>5-3-2 Caesar tac</title>
      <description>
This is a tactic used with AS Roma squad. Worked very well. so 3 cb , 2 wing backs, 1 dm, 1 mc , 1 amc, 1 Target Man &amp; 1 striker ,winger ,forward as you wish. Works very nicely against quick attacking teams(Barca, etc), you score a lot from corners ,free kicks etc. as you have 5 or so players going for header 3 cb+2st. TargetMan is very important(Corradi was very good for me,Toni,Adriano,Drogba,etc)

      <title>Go go go tactic</title>
      <description>
This tactic can show you so stupid and unrealistic is match engine in FM09.

This is very succesfull tactic which was created without any "mentality system" or another myths about ME.

The main idea was to create integral tactic, based on default tactics' ideas (because they are very succesfull in FM2007, 2008 and 2009).

That's why this tactic was created.

Formation

Team instructions

Individual instructions

If you need more attacking style - Team Mentality +5 more defensive - Team Menatality -5 very defensive - move one MC to DMC position in the end of the match - reduce forward runs for defenders If you play against tactic with AMR or AML (or with MR or ML with forward runs) - than set your fullbacks to specific marking) - set corners to 6 yard box, player with highest Jumping set to Challenge Keeper

      <title>Pompey tactic</title>
      <description>
Developed these tactics over a long time, and Im finally overacheiving to say the least! (A lot of trial and error)

Like most people on here I have been extremly frustrated with the game, but went back to basics, and created my own set based on logic (cleon), and the TT&amp;F guide.

Using a 4231 fromation with three free roles (AML, AMC, AMR) NOTE: facing a AMC, turn the formation into a | 4 1 2 2 1 | just drag the players in the requried positions.

Zonal/tight marking used. NOTE: playing against the top teams remove tight marking for the DCs, unless they are world class (DCs). Mine simply aren't good enough. ..........

      <title>Razor Tactic</title>
      <description>
Are you struggling to build a solid tactic?

I've built a tactic, or better 2 tactics based on a 4 4 2 diamond that have been very successful for me.

One is more offensive, the other one is more balanced.

I used them with Plymouth and Dundee United.

Some achievements I reached:

Plymouth: I won the treble with Plymouth ( premiership, champions league, fa cup) in my third year with them.

Dundee United: won scottish premiership two times in my first two years plus two league cup and a scottish cup. In my second year I lost in the champions cup semifinals to Real Madrid.

I'm not saying to you this is a super tactic, but if you use it in the right manner with the right players (however you don't need a team full of world class players, cause such players are not going to come to Plymouth or Dundee United! ) you could reach some achievements.

      <title>Milan Experimental tactic</title>
      <description>
This is an experimental tactic created to take advantage of all of the class central midfielders on AC Milan. Don't try this unless you have a ton of good central midfielders and no good wingers.

First of all, I'll make a bold announcement - there's probably no perfect tactic for FM09, and sadly its not because it's "exploit-proof", it's because the amount of issues siding for the AI in the game is extraordinary.
